Privacy Policy

Quick MYO is built to touch as little of your data as possible. This page explains what we do handle and why.

What we collect

• Yoto account connection. You sign in through Yoto's own login. We receive an access token that lets the app read and update your Make Your Own cards. We never see or store your Yoto password.
• Audio you share. Files you share to Quick MYO are uploaded to Yoto so they can be added to your card. We do not keep a copy after the upload completes.
• Card and operation history. Which card is pinned, your add-to-top/bottom preference, and receipts for recent changes so you can Undo them.
• Device session. A random identifier tied to your device so the app can stay signed in securely.
• Purchase status. Whether you have an active Plus subscription, as reported by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no ad trackers.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
• No reading of cards you didn't create.

Optional intelligence features

If you use Plus features such as title cleanup, icon suggestions, or typed/voice instructions, the relevant track titles or your instruction text are sent to an AI provider to generate suggestions. Audio content itself is not sent for analysis. Suggestions are shown to you for review before anything changes on your card.

Retention and deletion

Signing out removes the device session and Yoto token. To delete everything we hold, email support@quickmyo.com; we complete deletions within 30 days.

Children

Quick MYO is a tool for parents and caregivers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
