Common questions

Quick MYO can't see my cards

Make sure you signed in with the same Yoto account that owns the cards. Only Make Your Own cards you created are shown; store-bought cards can't be edited by anyone.

Sharing audio doesn't do anything

Quick Share needs a pinned card with "Quick Add" turned on. Open the app, choose the card, and enable Quick Add for it. On Android, also check that Quick MYO is allowed to run in the background so the upload can finish.

Something was added to the wrong card

Open the receipt in Quick MYO and tap Undo. It removes exactly the tracks that were added and nothing else.

Managing or cancelling Plus

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Manage them from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting your account

Sign out in Settings to remove the device session, then email us from the address on your Yoto account and we'll delete anything we hold within 30 days. Quick MYO never stores your Yoto password.
